How do I place an order?

Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, and check out with a delivery address. You can track every order from My Orders.

How do bulk orders and quotations work?

Products marked "Bulk Quote" support quotation requests. Submit a Request for Quote with your required quantity, negotiate with the vendor, accept their quote, and convert it into a Purchase Order — all from My Quotations.

How do I become a seller?

Selling is free. Start at Sell on Traiu Kart, complete KYC verification, and list products in approved categories. You also get a branded storefront at a shareable link.

Seller guidelines

Sellers must complete KYC before listing, list only in categories approved by the platform, ship orders with dispatch and delivery proof, and honour their stated return policies. Commission is charged per category and settled through platform payouts.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through the platform. Vendors are settled separately by Traiu Kart per agreed terms.
