Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order history, and — for sellers — business and KYC information (GSTIN, PAN, bank details) required for verification and payouts.

To operate the marketplace: processing orders, verifying sellers, settling payments, preventing fraud, and providing customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Order details are shared with the fulfilling vendor; payment data is processed by our payment gateway partner; legal requests are honoured where required by Indian law.

You can update your profile and addresses from your account, and request account deletion or a copy of your data by writing to privacy@traiukart.com.
