Terms of Service

Traiu Kart is a marketplace connecting independent vendors with buyers. Products are sold by vendors; Traiu Kart facilitates discovery, ordering, payments, and dispute resolution.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials. Sellers must complete KYC verification before listing and keep business information current.

All payments are processed through the platform. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Quotations and purchase orders are binding once accepted by both parties.

Vendors are charged a per-category commission on completed sales, settled through periodic payouts per their vendor agreement.

Listing counterfeit or illegal goods, manipulating reviews, off-platform payment circumvention, and abusive behaviour result in suspension or termination.
