Vendor-defined return policies, platform-protected refunds.
Return windows
Each vendor defines a return policy per product (typically 7–15 days from delivery). The applicable policy is shown on the product page before you buy.
How to request a return
Open the order in My Orders and raise a return request with photos of the received item. The vendor reviews the request; disputes are escalated to Traiu Kart for resolution.
Refunds
Since all payments flow through Traiu Kart, approved refunds are issued by the platform to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
Non-returnable items
Custom-manufactured goods, perishables, and items marked non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect.
